The name Picazi is a fusion of Picasso and the conviction that every space we create should be a piece of art. Just as Picasso transformed canvas into emotion, we transform land, light, and material into homes that move the people who inhabit them.
Founded over twenty years ago on this principle, Picazi has built a practice at the intersection of architecture, craftsmanship, and place. We are based in Sydney and build exclusively in the suburbs we believe in most.

To compose boutique, architecturally led homes where purpose and character
